The garden is mainly structured by a large lawn. On the side there is a wooden structure with metal openings to be used as a small cave, since there is light and electricity, or as a storage room for tools. With fuel oil with a capacity of 4,500 liters (burner and boiler from 1996 with a power of 29 kw; in 2004 the pump was replaced). Inside the apartments via radiators.
