The purchase of both properties, e.g. as a multi-generational house or however you like, is still possible. The sellers have fulfilled all the conditions and the construction company is at your disposal with competence, quality and expertise throughout the entire construction process. You will thus be accompanied and secured at all times. If you wish your own companies for your expansion, this is also still possible.
From you, we need the conviction for this property, current bank financing (please note, you need a minimum of CHF 320,000 equity), for prescription approx. 8-10,000 and for transfer 1.8% for self-occupied property, the first 800,000 are free, so that's CHF 14,400
If all this is secured, we can start construction. As mentioned, the interior design will be determined by you. A very solid expansion is already guaranteed in advance with the purchase price, you can determine the details within the respective cost framework: parquet or tiles / tile size and color / bathrooms / kitchen / wall paint, etc. If you choose above the budget, there will be surcharges, if you choose below the budget, there will be price reductions. Everything is currently shown and then approved by you as the client and thus commissioned.
