The small village of Vermes, located in the municipality of Val-Terbi, is nestled in the heart of nature, free from fog and at the foot of Mont Raimeux. Quiet and close to nature, the village is a true paradise for those fleeing the hustle and bustle of cities. Nevertheless, the village is not lacking in amenities. There is a small grocery store that also serves as a post office and two well-known restaurants. Through the beautiful gorges of Tiergarten, one can reach the larger village of Vicques in 7 minutes (Vicques has primary and secondary schools, a daycare, a performance hall, various shops, a bank, etc.).
At the end of a white path, on the edge of the forest, this true little paradise presents itself like a jewel to its visitor. Life here follows the rhythm of nature and the seasons without lacking in comfort. Indeed, the chalet is connected to drinking water, electricity, and the sewage treatment plant.
Built in 1967, this chalet is completely authentic, except for the roof which was renovated in 2008. The surroundings are well-kept with a small stone path leading to the forest and the shaded terrace. On either side of the path lies a wild meadow where a thousand orchids bloom in spring. It is a true enchantment! The vast plot of 1,428 m2 is entirely bordered by a hedge, providing a very appreciable intimacy.
The interior of the chalet opens onto a small vestibule where shoes and other jackets are left. From there, one accesses the kitchen, the large bedroom, and the shower/WC. A door leads us to the living room with dining area and wood stove.
Finally, there is a cellar accessible by a hatch.
It should be noted that this property can only be purchased as a secondary residence and not as a primary residence.
