The three-story builder's house from 1933 has a very solid building substance. It has massive wooden floors and a typical clinker floor in the hallway and kitchen. Beautiful original details have been preserved. With the complete renovation, a modern kitchen and a comfortable bathroom will be created. The mostly above-ground basement will be newly developed. The wishes and needs of the future residents can be incorporated. The basement can be used as a separate apartment. To the south, there is an unobstructed view over the historic village and the Herblinger Valley.
The house is surrounded by a 300 m2 ornamental and vegetable garden with two new terraces. A covered parking space and a visitor parking space will be built for vehicles.
