Chalet 'Wildberg' - Stylish Tiny House with Large Terrace in the Zurich Oberland
Here you leave everyday life behind. Sit on the wooden terrace in the morning, start the day with a cup of coffee, and let your gaze wander into the greenery. The freshly renovated Chalet 'Wildberg' is located in a quiet area in the Zurich Oberland - on the year-round open camping site Seiler in Wildberg, one of the few campsites in Switzerland that can be used all year round.
The chalet is generously designed, offers a pleasant room height, and plenty of light. The spacious wooden terrace and a covered balcony extend the living space outdoors.
The chalet is top insulated - it stays pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter. The equipment offers everything to feel comfortable all year round: a wood stove (fireplace) for heating with space for wood right in front of the chalet, an additional gas heater with a certified connection for gas bottles, and a water heater for hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. The existing gas stove with oven allows for comfortable cooking. A fresh water tank, a fixed water connection, and a year-round usable power connection ensure basic supply. Internet reception is easily possible via 5G wireless.
The parking space is located directly in front of the chalet - no footpath necessary. A monthly camping fee of about 400 CHF is charged, which includes the parking space as well as electricity, water, and sewage connections.
The chalet is ideal as an alternative residence for weekends and longer stays in nature. However, according to the site regulations, it may not be used as a permanent residence. Here you can relax, find peace, and fully enjoy nature - surrounded by pleasant and helpful neighbors.
The Seiler campsite is currently run by a young, motivated operator couple who are developing the site with great commitment. A completely new, modern sanitary facility is under construction.
