The traditional construction dates from 1753. The chalet is made of wooden beams and a masonry base connected to the municipal network in a separate system. The insulating windows and shutters are made of wood. The roof is made of flat tiles with copper and zinc sheet metal. Renovation work is planned in the short to medium term on the shell (in particular, refurbishment of wooden elements, roof insulation). Inside, some equipment and coverings have been replaced (2015) or maintained, central heating was installed in 2010. As for the exterior, renovation work is planned, more particularly for the south annex and the lower floor. Heat production is provided by an oil-fired boiler and distribution is via radiators, hot water production by electric boiler. PVC tanks of 2x 1'000 litres.
