La Tour de Trême, a charming village located in the heart of Gruyère, has been part of the municipality of Bulle since the merger in 2006. Its location is ideal for reaching the Moléson station 12 km away or the Charmey station 13 km away. The unmissable medieval village of Gruyère is only 6 km away. The Intyamon valley is very close for reaching the Pays d'Enhaut and Château d'Oex, as well as Gstaad in the Bernese Oberland.
The Bulle H189 bypass is at the bottom of the village, the highway entrance is 5 minutes away.
The "Ronclina" station of the RER lines 50 and 51 is located 350 meters from the villa, as is the "Tour-de-Trême" station of the RE2 and RE3 lines, placing the train station and the center of Bulle just a few minutes away. Bulle and its agglomeration have all the necessary infrastructure and shops. The primary school and the CO of La Tour-de-Trême are less than a kilometer away.
