5.5-Room Flarz House Fully Renovated for Comfort

The 5.5-room Flarz house from the 19th century underwent a complete renovation in 1985, largely preserving the floor plan structure and the historical facade. Special attention was paid to building ecology and building biology.

The total of 130 m² of net living space is spread over two floors: entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room, and study on the ground floor, as well as three rooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.
