Important note on usage and availability:
The upper and lower apartments each have their own electrical box and a separate boiler, allowing for independent use and clear billing.
The chalet is currently rented to holiday guests in Bellwald for the months of July and August 2025, as well as from early December 2025 to the end of April 2026. The existing rental agreements are firmly established. A transfer of ownership is therefore regularly scheduled for May 1, 2026. If a purchase is desired before this date, the current rental conditions would need to be taken over.
