Built in 1900, this customs house is located in the hamlet of Vireloup, which consists of a few buildings along the Gobé stream. This building has four levels: a semi-buried basement with a stone foundation. This allows for a raised ground floor topped by a floor and an attic with a hipped roof.
The facades are symmetrical and reminiscent of those of other customs posts in the canton. There is thus a facade on the road side that is quite elaborate and rigorous.
