The former restaurant Moesa is located in a very sunny and quiet location in Pian San Giacomo directly at the A13 highway exit in the upper part of the Misox.
The house was built before 1959 and in 2023 the infrastructure and the building envelope as well as many other renovations were carried out. The house is easily accessible by car. There are many parking spaces on the property opposite the building. A post bus connection exists to San Bernardino, Chur, and Bellinzona.
