Authentic hotel-restaurant with extension in the center of the charming village of Nax
I am the only hotel-restaurant still operating in the charming village of Nax, a small village nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps.
Located in the center, just 100 meters from the bus stop, I offer perfect accessibility to my visitors.
Nax, part of the municipality of Mont-Noble, enjoys a privileged geographical location on the edge of the mountains, which allows me to enjoy exceptional sunshine all year round. The village is also nicknamed "the balcony of the sky", and for good reason!
In addition to downhill skiing, Nax offers a multitude of outdoor activities, delighting nature and adventure lovers, both summer and winter.
Let me now present my structure:
On the ground floor, you will find my restaurant which can accommodate up to 38 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional office, a storage area, a technical room, an indoor garage and a ski room to ensure the comfort of my clients.
My first floor houses a warm reception area, a breakfast area for my guests and a 3.5-room apartment.
From the second to the fourth floor, I offer you my 14 rooms, where comfort and relaxation are guaranteed after a busy day.
I have also considered the needs of my clients in terms of parking with my 12 parking spaces, as well as their relaxation with a beautiful lawn at the back of the building.
But that's not all! I also have an extension that presents remarkable potential:
The ground floor is currently rented to a local brewer, "Le Mont Noble".
The first and second floors need to be renovated, offering the possibility of creating a holiday camp or adding additional rooms to increase my capacity.
Built in 1925, I was initially a guesthouse before becoming a hotel. In 1958, the year I was acquired by my current family of owners, they have always taken great care of me, carrying out regular renovations to ensure the comfort of my visitors.
Technically speaking, here are my characteristics:
- SIA cube: 3'700 m3
- Plot: 1'772 m2
- Land use coefficient (CUS): 0.5
- My oil-fired boiler was replaced in 2012, capable of heating the entire building and its extension.
- I was brought into full compliance in September 2023.
