HOTEL – CAFE – RESTAURANT
The main building was built from 1963 to 1965. It was enlarged and modernized in 1971, but the ground floor and the lower ground floor were completely restructured in 1982. Since then, the building has been properly and constantly maintained.

Good quality of fittings (1982), all equipment has been transformed and reviewed according to hygiene and safety standards. The floor is very well maintained.
Upper ground floor
As for the basement, everything was renovated in 1982. In 1997, outside: complete renovation of the terrace, inside: transformation of the café restaurant.
Condition and maintenance
The condition of the hotel, café restaurant, and service premises is very well maintained. No part shows construction defects or poor maintenance. Wear or obsolescence repairs are carried out very regularly.

Located on a slight promontory, bordered by larches, the hotel enjoys exceptional sunshine and a very wide view of the Alps, the Rhône valley, and the village.
