The upper floor includes a main entrance with a lobby, offering a welcoming first impression. The bright and spacious dining room has a capacity of approximately 120 seats and has direct access to the panoramic terrace.

The lower floor offers great flexibility for the use of spaces. It currently offers four offices/rooms. This level also has a separate toilet, two separate showers, a technical room/boiler room/laundry room and a corridor with outside access. A large storage area includes several cellars and storage rooms with outside access. These spaces easily allow you to store everything necessary for the operation of the restaurant.
The lower floor offers interesting development potential. According to information from the municipality, the current allocation is a building partially used for housing and another building for tourist accommodation. The Canton remains the competent authority for any request given that the plot is located in an agricultural zone.
The establishment benefits from numerous outdoor parking spaces easily accessible by road (outside the ski season). During the winter season, customers get there by skiing or snowshoeing.
