Development Pearl with History:

The history of the property dates back to 1858, when the Moser brothers built the buildings for their silk ribbon weaving under the name Moser & Cie from Herzogenbuchsee. Shortly after commissioning, a fire in 1871 destroyed a large part of the factory, which was completely rebuilt by 1873.
