The building's waterproofing was redone in 2016 (front of the building and roof of the fuel oil tank), 2018 (70m2 terrace) and 2019 (above the cellars), framing of the concrete slab of the balconies and terraces on the 1st and 2nd floors in 2024.
The building was emptied of its occupants in the second half of 2015 and completely refurbished between November 2015 and June 2016. It has since been perfectly maintained. A complete roof renovation was carried out in June 2019, and its maintenance is done every year.
