In cordial welcome, the Tgea Allegra house greets you. The Tgea Allegra has been welcoming guests with its historic background since its construction in 1615. The house has been lovingly renovated with great attention to detail. Upon entering, you are greeted by the typically low ceiling and a classic Andeer stone floor. Following are the natural cellars, which can be used in various ways. The highlight is the wine cellar, where the fine drops can rest in the best climate. Authentic tastings are guaranteed here. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor to the entrance of the 4-room apartment. The hallway opens up, connecting all rooms and providing space for the wardrobe. One side of the hallway shines with a spacious living room, adorned with a tiled stove from 1945. This warms and provides cozy hours in the living room. Next door, a cozy bedroom offers space to rest. Following the hallway, you come to the renovated kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary appliances. The tiled stove in the living room is fired from here, and in the original pizza/bread oven of the kitchen, the perfect Sunday braid is traditionally baked. The space on the windowsill allows for a view of the mountains and forgets everyday life. The renovated bathroom is designed in a modern style. Two more bedrooms can be found on this side. In the storage room, there is storage space and direct access to a small side balcony. Back in the stairwell, access to the 4-room apartment is welcomed by an authentic wooden staircase. Here, you are greeted by the scent of Swiss stone pine. The bright living space welcomes you with traditional wooden stuccos and is heated by a soapstone stove - here coziness radiates. A bright and spacious suite hugs the living space and invites you to dream. In the hallway, practical built-in wardrobes and another bedroom are available. Further, you reach the modern renovated dining kitchen, which houses all necessary appliances. On this level, there is also a renovated bathroom and a spacious bedroom, as well as a practical storage room. A steep staircase leads to the attic, where a cozy sauna with the corresponding aromas ensures complete relaxation. The remaining space under the roof houses the listed stone oven and enough storage space with a window, which could be used as a studio. In a small garden in front of the property, colorful flowers can be planted, and the sun's rays can be enjoyed in a deck chair. Behind a separate entrance, the bar enchants with a playroom. This room has been authentically designed and is suitable for great events. The stable belongs to the property and can be converted for various uses.

Within walking distance from the house is the cozy village center, which exudes its own charm and serves as a meeting point for locals and visitors. Here you will find public transport, post office, bank, medical center, a veterinarian, as well as grocery stores and other public facilities. In addition, Andeer offers a kindergarten, primary school, and a secondary school in the neighboring village.
