Brief description of the properties
Residential house
The residential house was conceived and built in 1955, so that it can be operated both as a multi-generational house and as a two-family house. It is located on the northern slope of Schupfart in an excellent location with a superb view over the village and the Tiersteinberg. The residential house has been very well maintained and was energetically renovated in 2010. The roof was insulated and newly covered, the windows were replaced with wood-metal versions with triple glazing, and the front door was replaced. Access to the ground floor is possible via two entrance doors (north to the kitchen or east). The eastern door also leads to the upper floor. This allows operation both as a two-family house with a separate entrance and as a multi-generational house. It has been used, with one exception, only as a family house for a large family.
For daily shopping, the Volg store in Schupfart is reachable on foot in about 10-15 minutes. The major distributors Coop and Migros in Stein (about 6 km) and in Frick (about 7 km), as well as Lidl and Aldi in Frick, are also within reasonable driving distance. The building has now aged, and although it has been treated and maintained very gently, it needs to be renovated in places.
Former workshop
Attached to the residential house is the former workshop located in the basement. It offers plenty of space for, for example, artistic activities. A large door allows ground-level access.
Two 3 ½ room rental apartments
Above the workshop area are two 3 ½ room rental apartments. They were built in 1992. Both apartments are rented.
Outbuilding with 2 garages for the rental apartments
For the two rental apartments, there is an outbuilding immediately in front of the entrance, where there is a lockable garage space for each rental apartment.
Two large storage buildings
The two storage buildings, built in 1976 and 1976, were originally built for the storage of wood and offer a lot of space. These storage buildings also contain three garage spaces.
Unbuilt land reserve
A portion of the property parcel No. 31 is undeveloped and offers, for example, potential for a separate new building.
