A Wisler House from the Gotthelf Era
This magnificent, listed residential building with three apartments was built exactly two hundred years ago by the Wislers, who were very successful and wealthy businessmen. The walls therefore hold a lot of history.
A Huge Living Area
The residential building is divided into three huge apartments, measuring between 136 and 175 m². Further apartments could also be built in the attic.
A Historically Valuable, but Not at All Dusty Property
As mentioned, the building was built in 1824. Around 1970, a complete renovation was carried out. The entire interior was completely replaced and floor plans were adapted. Among other things, a staircase was built into the former veranda. As a result, each apartment now has a separate access.
Twenty years ago, the entire facade was also extensively restored and the roof completely renewed.
The middle apartment appears in almost new condition. In 2020, everything was completely renovated, from the bathroom and kitchen to the floor coverings.
Currently, only the lower apartment is occupied by tenants. The other two apartments are vacant.
Living Today, Working Tomorrow?
The building has so far been used exclusively for residential purposes. However, the rooms are also ideally suited as offices, for training courses or as practices in the healthcare sector. The magnificent property would in any case be an extremely representative company headquarters.
We Can Also Meet
With little effort, the building can be divided into condominiums. This easily creates the legal basis for selling to three to four buyers.
A Beautiful Garden
Matching the imposing building is the extensive garden with magnificent trees. Those with a green thumb will find enough space for a large vegetable garden. Besides that, there are still various spots for relaxing and enjoying.
