The factory, spread over several floors, has an elevator and a freight lift. The building has great renovation potential. The factory could be transformed into a rental, commercial, industrial building, or a warehouse. The large area is separated into different offices and workshops; however, it is possible to create a large opening to have the entire area without partitions, or conversely, keep the existing partitions and create a multitude of different rooms.
