The project involves the construction of a new multi-family house on the property 538 RFD in Bellinzona-Giubiasco.
The property is marked by an existing residential building on the north side of the property. The new building will be constructed in the southern section and will utilize the remaining building indices of the property and of No. 2565 RFD (which belongs to the same owner). The indices will be transferred by official assignment from one property to another.
