It must be made available for rent and used by the owners for a maximum of 3 weeks during high season. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with terrace and lawn access, two bathrooms (shower and bathtub), and an open kitchen to the living room. A marketing service for stays will be set up. For this purpose, a collective building with parking spaces, a reception and rental management office is planned.
A hotel service will be available to owners and a mandatory basic package will be offered to tenants, including snacks, care products, linens, bathrobes, bedding and bedding changes, cleaning, access to wellness with pool, sauna, shower, toilets, solarium, parking availability, and tourist tax.
