Boudry is located in the canton of Neuchâtel, at the foot of the Jura mountains. Its climate is relatively mild, comparable to that of the Swiss plateau. Located at an altitude of 445 meters at the bottom of the town, the Boudry territory extends to the Signal du Lessy, culminating at 1370 meters above sea level in the Boudry mountains. With an area of 16.7 km2, it is composed of forests for about 1000 hectares, while some 70 hectares are reserved for vineyards that produce excellent wines, renowned for their particular character. In addition, several hundred hectares are cultivated by active farmers.
The "Sur la Forêt" housing development is located on the Plateau de la Gare, in a quiet area.
Composed of 3 buildings with 22 dwellings (including 2 for rent), it is close to all amenities, including schools and shops. Public transport (train station and bus stop) is also located on the edge or near the plot.
Some apartments benefit from an opening onto the Creux-du-Van and others from a view of Lake Neuchâtel.
