This historic house was built in the early 1800s using stones from our mountains. It was later revisited by a master interior decorator with great sensitivity to taste, space, and light in 1998. The latest renovations were done in 2023 and 2024.
It is located in the heart of nature just steps away from the Crans-Montana resort, golf, and its famous ski area. This exceptional geobiological and climatic site features Mediterranean vegetation. The panoramic view is stunning over the Alps, forests, and in front of a splendid clearing. You can also see the Vermala tower (Crans-Montana)
A large gate ensures privacy, and access is via a private road directly connected to the cantonal road Miège-Planige.
The entrance of the house leads to a small distribution hall with a bedroom and a WC with shower. A staircase leads to the technical room and dressing room in the basement.
A few steps up, you arrive in a living room with a unique contemporary fireplace and access to a spacious terrace. A few more steps up, there is a dining room with access to a west-south terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen that opens onto a covered east terrace with a barbecue. On the same level is a master suite with a private WC and shower.
A little higher, you have a lounge area and a bedroom.
The configuration of the house offers views from all sides and an extraordinary brightness, from floor to ceiling.
The heating is underfloor with Burgundy stones, using a condensation burner on Bio Diesel.
