Architectural concept
The integration of the new development of the Bruag site into the village settlement structure of Güttingen is achieved through a strong segmentation of the new buildings. This design was developed through a competition by the architecture firm Carlos Martinez.
The six buildings, which are all arranged differently, still show a strong affinity to each other and are uniformly materialized. The high-quality facade is a testament to the recent industrial past of the Bruag site and is designed as a ventilated facade construction in Cellon.
Along Bahnhofstrasse, three- and four-family houses with a total of 33 rental apartments have been conceived. The owner-occupied apartments adjacent to the exposed Otmarbach have two apartments per floor. In the three building bodies, 22 condominiums are being created.
Spacious, modern living with "flowing" rooms while simultaneously zoning living/dining/kitchen and large covered outdoor spaces that can be experienced from the interior promise a contemporary living experience right in the center of Güttingen.
