GENERAL
In the houses A and B of the first construction phase, a total of 9 to 10 condominiums are being created. The apartments on the first and second floors of house A can be combined into a spacious unit upon request.
For the second construction phase, another 10 to 11 apartments are planned. As part of the first phase, a section of the underground garage with 16 parking spaces will also be realized. The start of the second phase is scheduled for no earlier than 2028.
LIVING COMFORT
All apartments are oriented on three sides, with at least one side always facing south. This arrangement allows for attractive views both into the valley and into the village. The apartments are accessed via a daylight-flooded staircase and an elevator. The penthouse apartments and optionally combined units are directly accessible by elevator.
The floor plan includes an open kitchen, which can also be designed to be closed upon request. Depending on needs, an open, flowing living space or a separate cooking area can be realized.
Each apartment typically has a wet cell with a shower. Combined apartments and the penthouse in house A have two wet cells. Generous loggias, which can be completely closed with folding windows, extend the living space and can be used as so-called seasonal rooms. If necessary, an extension of the balcony area can be discussed.
The practical equipment also includes a private storage room per apartment, equipped with a washing machine and dryer – for efficient household organization.
ADDITIONAL ROOMS
In the basement, there are private cellars, a communal drying room, and a storage room for bicycles and scooters. A total of 16 parking spaces are available, including one wheelchair-accessible space. The charging infrastructure for electric vehicles is prepared – each parking space can easily be retrofitted with its own charging station if needed.
TECHNOLOGY
The buildings meet the Minergie standard. A ground probe heat pump covers the heating demand in winter and provides pleasant cooling in summer. At the same time, the cooling in summer regenerates the soil – a sustainable energy cycle.
