After a job-related move, we are selling our apartment in Rheineck, where we have spent 8 wonderful years. It has a practical layout and is oriented to be illuminated by the sun all day long. From the balcony, you look over treetops at the foothills of the Alps. The bathroom and kitchen are stylishly furnished. The floors are tiled, while the other rooms have parquet flooring. The kitchen is modernly equipped and includes a dishwasher, a new fridge-freezer combination, and an integrated standing table. Additionally, the apartment comes with a spacious cellar compartment.
The train station is easily reachable on foot, and there are various shopping options in the town as well as in neighboring Austria. At the same time, the nature reserve Altenrhein and Lake Constance are right at your doorstep.
The apartment is suitable for single persons or couples who want to live cost-effectively without compromising on quality of life. Since it is well connected by transport and also offers proximity to nature, it can of course also be used as a holiday apartment.
The low purchase price with low maintenance costs offers great savings potential. Even with a minimal investment (20%) of equity for a loan, the total costs are significantly lower (by about half, see example calculation below) than with a monthly rent. Additionally, an apartment in times of constantly rising real estate prices represents a good investment and can thus be sold profitably later.
