GIRONDELLA - SPACIOUS 5.5 ROOM APARTMENT

Girondella represents a new way of living, in harmony with nature and oriented towards sustainability. The project arises from the transformation of the historic clock factory of Arogno, which has now been repurposed as an example of energy-efficient renovation.

The proximity to the stream fed by the "Sorgente Santa" allowed for the reactivation of a hydropower turbine capable of generating energy for the entire site, thus ensuring a high level of self-sufficiency.
