The stylistically renovated patrician house in Turtmann was built in 1575 (rear part of the house) and the current residential house was built in 1700.
The house was renovated in 1934 by Fritz Oggier-Sprung and in 1980/1995 by the brothers Alex & Charly Oggier.
The current owners are the heirs of Charly Oggier, who all reside outside the canton of Valais.
For this reason, the heirs Oggier Charly are selling this historic house.
Style of the house: Gable-standing three-story mixed construction. Wooden block construction surrounded by a mantle wall.
The house is one of the cantonal protected houses of the canton of Valais. In Turtmann, there are many of them, some of which have been renovated in recent years by the Foundation Old Turtmann and by the owners.
