Light. Space. Warmth – 5.5-room apartment in the Sun House
This high-quality 5.5-room apartment is located in a modern multi-family house by Jenni Energietechnik, the regionally known pioneer for ecological energy solutions. The building has a central energy storage system and provides itself autonomously with heating energy – a proven, cost-effective alternative to fossil heating systems.
In addition to the innovative energy concept, the apartment impresses with high-quality materials, a classic-timeless color choice, and a simple, modern style that is ideal for individual furnishing and implementing personal living ideas. A unique first occupancy – at an attractive purchase price.
The light-flooded rooms and the well-thought-out floor plan create an open, homely atmosphere. Electric skylights bring additional daylight into the kitchen and bathroom, while the floor-to-ceiling window front in the living area creates a generous spatial feeling. The individually adjustable underfloor heating in each room ensures the highest living comfort.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area forms the center of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Bauknecht appliances and a stone countertop; a washing-drying tower from V-Zug complements the equipment. In the kitchen and wet rooms, easy-care tiled flooring has been laid, while noble wooden parquet has been installed in the living area and rooms.

All rooms are equipped with high-quality wooden parquet and have large windows or electric skylights that ensure a bright and pleasant living atmosphere.
The large balcony with picket railing extends the living space outdoors and offers pleasant privacy thanks to its semi-integrated construction into the roof – ideal for relaxing hours outdoors.
A parking space in the underground garage (CHF 30,000) and a workshop (CHF 9,000) are available for purchase in addition.
Energy Supply & Sustainability – The Sun House Concept
The house at Allmendstrasse 34 is a multi-family house and belongs to the solar development Allmend. It has been equipped with the proven energy storage system from Jenni Energietechnik and has a thermal solar system with a central seasonal heat storage (111,000 liters of water). The solar collectors on the roof provide the building with room heat (21 °C) and hot water all year round – without external energy supply.
The heat distribution is done via a low-temperature underfloor heating system that draws its energy from the lower layers of the storage. The return of the cooled heating water is also done layer-wise – ensuring maximum efficiency and preservation of the temperature stratification in the storage.
The hot water is provided by integrated stainless steel boilers in the storage. These are heated by the surrounding storage water and operate on the principle of a continuous flow heater. A thermal mixing valve ensures that the water at the tap is never too hot.
The system operates exclusively on solar energy. Thanks to the high-quality storage insulation, the temperature remains stable even in winter. Only in extremely rare exceptional cases can heat be supplied if needed.
A prerequisite for this system is a very low energy requirement, achieved through the excellent building envelope with outstanding insulation (facade, windows, roof).
The building meets the standard of the 2000-watt society and received top marks in the GEAK (Building Energy Certificate of the Cantons) for envelope and overall energy efficiency.
Conclusion: Residents enjoy independence, low operating costs, and are optimally equipped for the energy challenges of the future.
Energy Efficiency: Building Energy Certificate of the Cantons (GEAK)
This Sun House meets the standard of the 2000-watt society. Thanks to an excellently insulated building envelope, complete heating with solar energy is possible. The Building Energy Certificate of the Cantons (GEAK) confirms top marks for both the efficiency of the building envelope and overall energy efficiency.
