The Hotel Crusch Alba has been a horse change station and inn for travelers since the 15th century.

It was expanded in 1987 to include the east wing. Until spring 2023, it successfully hosted hotel guests and was especially known for its Engadine cuisine.

The building consists of three different parts: On the west side facing the street is the original Engadine house with its massive stone facade and distinctive Engadine sgraffito. This is followed by the middle section, which once housed the hayloft. In the meantime, the restaurant and guest rooms were located there.

On the east side stands the extension, which was newly built in 1987.

The owners have decided to convert the entire property into apartments. In the east wing, three condominiums are being created for sale:

A first or main apartment on the 1st floor

On the 1st floor is the 4.5-room first apartment.

With 121.90 m2 of living space, it is also generously sized as a main apartment.
