La Chaux-de-Fonds, the fourth city of the Romandy region and located at an altitude of 1000 meters, was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2009. The city is distinguished by a checkerboard plan created during its reconstruction in the early 19th century and hosts all the necessary infrastructures such as primary schools, secondary schools, transport, swimming pool, ice rink, museums, etc.
In a building constructed in 1971, these 3 apartments have all undergone a complete renovation in 2022, including the installation of triple-glazed windows. They are thus perfectly habitable/rentable as is (currently vacant).
