The Jugga building is undergoing a complete renovation. The 1988 building will be deconstructed to its shell and completely renovated aesthetically and energetically to meet the demands of high living comfort. As with the Castalta house, parquet floors, wooden windows and various wooden fixtures create a successful living ambience. On the valley and view side, a loggia extends along the entire length of the building, extending in front of the rooms and living areas. All floors are accessible by lift.
The two apartments on the access level have a storage area in the attic, the other apartments have an additional room in the apartment.
The house has a ski room on the ground floor level and an underground garage with 6 parking spaces and storage areas for bicycles.
The energy supply is sustainable and modern: Heat generation for both houses is via a pellet heating system. The photovoltaic system on the roofs generates electrical energy, which is used in the house and the surplus is fed into the grid.
The conversion will receive an energy certificate C or higher from the GEAK (www.geak.ch).
