Trin is a Romansh-influenced mountain village consisting of the three village fractions Trin, Trin Digg, and Trin Mulin, located high above the impressive Rhine gorge at the gateway to Surselva on a beautiful sun terrace. In the basement of the house, there is a separate laundry room, which is shared with another apartment, and additionally a cellar compartment. Owners also have access to a ski room for shared use. In the underground garage, the basic installation for charging electric cars has already been carried out, so that one can install their own charging station here if needed.
