The project is located on Chemin des Princes in Vandœuvre, on plot no. 2007, covering an area of approximately 12,000 m2. It consists of the construction of a residence comprising three buildings with 6 apartments for buildings 1 and 3 and 5 apartments, including a duplex, for building 2.
The three buildings are connected by a common basement on three levels. The typology of the buildings is based on the principle of two apartments per level, with a common distribution area per floor and one lift per building.
The basements include:
