Zudem befinden sich Haltestellen und der Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe, genauso wie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter Aldi, Lidl, Coop, Migros und Migrolino.
Die Wohnung enthält außerdem:

Trockner und Waschmaschine in der Wohnung

Fahrradabteil
Garage kann optional dazu gemietet werden

Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG: ein Start-up-Gründer (32) und 2 PhD-Student (24+28) Was uns verbindet? Humor! Zudem schätzen wir ein geregeltes und ordentliches WG-Leben. Da wir alle beruflich stark eingebunden sind, erzwingen wir nichts und verabreden uns meist spontan, was ziemlich gut klappt.

Wir suchen: Eine humorvolle, gesellige und ordentliche Person, die sich gerne abends spontan zu gemeinsamen Abendessen oder Plauderrunden in der WG dazugesellt. Alles nach dem Motto: 'Kann, muss aber nicht.'

With a size of approximately 20 square meters, the room is ideally located—just a stone's throw from the idyllic Katzensee, perfect for jogging and swimming in the summer. Additionally, bus and train stations are in close proximity, along with various shopping options, including Aldi, Lidl, Coop, Migros, and Migrolino.
The apartment also includes:
2 bathrooms (shower + bathtub) Large balcony Washer and dryer in the apartment Basement Bicycle storage Garage can be rented optionally
We are a diverse flat-sharing community: a start-up founder (32), and 2 PhD student (24+28). What connects us? Humor! We also value a well-organized and orderly household. Since we all have busy work schedules, we don't force anything and usually arrange spontaneous meetups, which works pretty well.

We are looking for: A humorous, sociable, and tidy person who enjoys spontaneously joining us for dinners or chats in the apartment. All with the mindset: 'It can happen, but it doesn't have to.'
