Details:

• Availability: June 1st, with flexibility
• Location: Only 6 minutes by bike to Zurich HB, with tram connections (7, 9, 10, 14) and bus 33 right outside the door.
• Nature: Just a 5-minute walk and you're surrounded by greenery!
• Preference will be given to tenants willing to take over the room's furniture (wardrobe, desk, bed, and mattress) for 500 CHF.
• The deposit is equivalent to one month's rent for the entire apartment, which is 4,410 CHF.
