Gestion non-transparente des conflits d'intérêts qui a mené à des frustrations pour toutes les parties impliquées. Le courtier du bien dont nous nous sommes portés acquéreurs a essayé de favoriser des acheteurs, parce qu'ils avaient eux-même un bien à vendre, ralentissant le processus inutilement. Nous avons finalement pu conclure la transaction en communiquant directement avec les vendeurs lassés d'attendre, malgré les tentatives (maladroites ou malhonnêtes?) d'interférence du courtier.

Nous avons fait appel à Synergimmo pour une estimation de notre maison et avons été très satisfaits. M. Séchaud s’est montré très agréable, professionnel et à l’écoute, sans jamais être dans une approche intrusive ou condescendante. Le dossier d’estimation remis était clair, complet et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons finalement décidé de ne pas vendre pour le moment, mais nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde à faire appel à eux le jour où notre projet se concrétisera. Un grand merci également à Mme Sami, pour sa gentillesse et son sens du contact, toujours personnalisés.
