Gestiamo le prenotazioni di proprietari di casa e investitori, ottimizzando gli annunci sui principali portali e promuovendoli sul web e sui portali. Organizziamo pulizie, lavanderia, istruzioni per check-in e check-out in completa autonomia, e forniamo un Customer Service per gli ospiti dalle 8:00 alle 22:00, 365 giorni l’anno. Ci occupiamo di tutte le pratiche burocratiche necessarie (iscrizioni ai Comuni, apertura attività casa vacanza, gestione tasse di soggiorno cedolare secca, ecc.). DAL 25% AL 100%. rientra pienamente nel modello "TRA IL DIRE ED IL FARE", mi limito ai fatti, si presentano come svizzeri e perviene la distinta di una società italiana. tre mesi di gestione e continue richieste di spese per produrre una perdita, poi parzialmente rettificata a poche centinaia di euro. poche centinaia di euro a fronte di migliaia di euro investisti, quali mere integrazioni, mezzo milione di immobile affidato. gli incassi sono stati interamente trattenuti da loro

Absolut schlechter Gastgeber. Anliegen bezüglich der Wohnung werden nicht ernst genommen und unternommen wird auch nichts trotz berechtigter Beschwerde aufgrund von Mängeln. Keine Kulanz bezüglich Erstattungen. Nie wieder.

This apartment is super good. Immaculately clean. Outstanding location. Close to the lake, supermarket, gelato, and cafés. Very spacious and with nice stuff on the inside, not small like many Swiss places
