Scrivere una recensione positiva quando un affare va in porto è facile. Lo è meno quando le cose non vanno a buon fine, come in questo caso. In breve: abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di Mooser Immobilier per un affare che alla fine è saltato per motivi esterni alla nostra volontà e purtroppo imprevedibili nella prima fase di compravendita. Eppure, non posso far altro che scrivere un commento estremamente positivo nei confronti di Benoit Mooser, che è stato un professionista esemplare in ogni fase: dalle prime comunicazioni alla negoziazione con i proprietari dell’immobile; dalla liaison continua con l’ufficio notarile alla fornitura di contatti di ottimi professionisti che ci sarebbero stati utili nelle fasi successive; dal chiarimento sui meccanismi legali e finanziari implicati dall’acquisto di una proprietà in Svizzera (primissima volta per noi) al supporto totale nel momento in cui ci siamo resi conto di non poter andare avanti e abbiamo dovuto chiudere l’affare e recuperare denaro anticipato. Non credo di esagerare se dico che Benoit, con i suoi modi gentili e la sua disponibilità costante a ogni ora del giorno, è stato il miglior fornitore di servizi di cui mi sia avvalso da quando mi sono trasferito a Ginevra, cioè da circa un decennio. Pertanto, consiglio veramente a tutti di affidarsi alla sua esperienza nel caso in cui deciderete di intraprendere il complesso e delicato processo di acquisto di una casa. Vedrete, non ve ne pentirete.
