Unsere Erfahrung mit diesem Immobilienmakler war leider enttäuschend. Die Immobilie wurde aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu tief bewertet, und die Einschätzung des Marktwerts war für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Auch während des weiteren Vorgehens hatten wir nicht den Eindruck, dass ein engagierter und zielgerichteter Verkauf im Vordergrund stand. Insgesamt fehlten uns Initiative, eine überzeugende Verkaufsstrategie und eine für uns nachvollziehbare Begründung der Bewertung. Aufgrund unserer persönlichen Erfahrung würden wir diesen Makler nicht weiterempfehlen
