Je loue ma jolie chambre meublée dans un appartement moderne de 4,5 pièces à Zurich.
Disponibilité : dès maintenant jusqu'à fin août
La chambre comprend :

• un grand lit double
• un bureau réglable en hauteur
• une grande armoire
• des étagères avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement

L'appartement est partagé avec deux colocataires sympathiques, tous deux étudiants.
À partir de début juin, le semestre sera terminé – vous aurez donc probablement l'appartement presque pour vous seul.
Caractéristiques de l'appartement :

• salon moderne et joliment meublé
• cuisine ouverte avec îlot central – idéal pour cuisiner
• buanderie commune avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Emplacement :

• juste à côté du magnifique parc Irchel / campus Irchel (UZH)
• supermarchés (Coop, Spar, etc.) à quelques minutes à pied
• arrêt de tramway (lignes 10 et 14) à seulement 1 minute – environ 10 minutes pour l'ETH, l'université de Zurich (centre-ville) ou la gare centrale

Je recherche une personne sympathique et fiable (non-fumeur) qui traitera la chambre et l'appartement avec soin.

I'm subletting my lovely, fully furnished room in a modern 4.5-room apartment in Zurich.
Availability: Now until the end of August
The room includes:

• a large double bed
• a height-adjustable desk
• a spacious wardrobe
• shelves with plenty of storage space

The apartment is shared with two friendly flatmates, both students.
From early June, the semester will be over – so you'll likely have the apartment mostly to yourself.
Apartment features:

• modern, nicely furnished living room
• open kitchen with cooking island – great for cooking
• shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer

Location:

• Right next to the beautiful Irchelpark / UZH Irchel Campus
• Supermarkets (Coop, Spar, etc.) just a few minutes away
• Tram stop (lines 10 & 14) only 1 minute away – around 10 minutes to ETH, University of Zurich (city center), or Zurich main station

I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person (non-smoker) who will treat the room and apartment with care.
