The apartment is in good condition and is fully furnished.

The house - a charming villa with a garden - is in a central location (train station about 10 min on foot, bus stops Kapuzinerweg and Löwenplatz are reachable in about 3 minutes), good shopping options.

Pets and musical instruments are not allowed. Good parking options. One month's rent as a deposit.
