Flatmate wanted in the Weissenbühl quarter
I (M, 22) and my flatmate (F, 22) have been living in this 2-person shared flat since September 2024. Due to financial reasons, I have to give up my room with a balcony, so I am looking for a suitable subtenant and flatmate for my part of the apartment.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and comprises 60.4 square meters + 4.3 square meters of balcony.
The total rent is 1760.- per month. Since I have the room with the balcony, the rent for my part of the apartment including balcony is 950.-
A cellar compartment is also included in the apartment.
Since a security deposit of 5800.- has already been paid, it is not necessary to pay this directly upon moving in.

The building has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Both can be used free of charge and without time restrictions.

Location
The apartment is located in the Weissenbühl quarter in Bern at Morillonstrasse 44, 3007.
Tram lines 3 and 9 and bus line 19 are within a 5-10 minute walk. Weissenbühl train station is also about a 10-minute walk away. There are enough blue zones for cars. Bicycle parking directly in front of the house.

We are preferably looking for:
A vegetarian/vegan person
Someone who is willing to share the housework
Someone who appreciates an open manner to keep the cohabitation pleasant for everyone.
