I, Pascal, am looking for friendly people who fit into the shared apartment starting from the beginning of July or by arrangement.

• Top location: Clausiusstrasse, only 8 minutes on foot from HB Zurich
• 2 bedrooms
• Large kitchen-living room and cozy living room with balcony
• Shower and separate toilet
• Washing machine and dryer in the basement – without annoying washing schedule
• Rent: small room 953.- and large room 1'153 CHF (additional costs 54.-)

We are a harmonious, quiet shared apartment and not just a purpose community. Respectful interaction is important to us, and we enjoy occasionally eating together or spending time together. Parties are rather rare with us – we are non-smokers and not night owls.
