Location in the heart of the old town

Our residential building is located in the most central location in Niederdorf, Zurich, between the main train station and the university / ETH.

The old town of Zurich is vibrant and very popular. The narrow streets with the old buildings embody the charm of the city. Around you will find bars, restaurants, and small shops. Our building is located directly on the popular Niederdorfstrasse.

The building

At Gräbligasse 3, we rent individual rooms with running water and a shower / WC per floor.

The shared kitchen with refrigerator and cabinets is located in the attic. On the same floor, there are two washing towers with washing machines (for a fee) and dryers. The floors are accessible by an elevator.

The common areas as well as the showers / WCs are cleaned once a week by our caretaker.

The room

The room is rented furnished. It includes: - Bed with bedside table - Desk - Chair - Wardrobe - Lighting. Communication connections such as cable connection from UPC, telephone socket, and fiber optic connection (various providers) are available but must be paid for by the tenant.

Additional costs, such as heating, water, electricity, and elevator, are included in the rent.

Rental conditions

The minimum rental period is 6 months, with a notice period of 2 months. If the rental agreement is terminated within the first 6 months, a handling fee of CHF 200.-- will be charged.

The rental deposit is CHF 2,000.00.
