Room at Helvetiaplatz for temporary residents, limited until 01.06.26 (or by arrangement): modern, central & with rooftop terrace For my apartment directly at Helvetiaplatz, I am looking for a temporary resident as a subtenant. Gender does not matter - what is important to us is a pleasant coexistence. The apartment was newly built 5 years ago and is correspondingly modern and flooded with light. It is 82 m² in size and has:

• open kitchen with induction stove and dishwasher

• own washing tower (washing machine & dryer) in the apartment

• rooftop terrace with spectacular views over Zurich (for shared use)

The room:

• approx. 16 m² in size

• will be handed over empty

• a clothes rack can be taken over, but is not necessary

Location:

• 2 minutes walk to tram and bus

• 10 minutes walk to HB Zurich

• many shopping opportunities - several Active Gyms

• Numerous cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity

• Despite the proximity to Langstrasse: very quiet during the week

About the shared apartment:

Your roommate is Anass, 35 years old, from Germany, but has been living in Switzerland for over 10 years. Professionally active in sales for hotels and often on the road. When he is at home, he enjoys a beer on the terrace and good conversations - but also leaves room for privacy.
