my name is Solana and I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our flat. The room is 14.5 m² and will be available starting June 1st. The contract has no fixed end date.

About the flatshare:
You would be sharing the apartment with Leo, a student who speaks German, English, and French. We're looking for someone who is calm, tidy, and easy-going, and who enjoys a relaxed and respectful living environment.
Bonstetten train station is just 5 minutes by bus or a 15–20 minute walk from the flat. From there, it takes about 22 minutes to Zürich HB. There is also a direct bus connection to Zürich Enge, which takes around 20 minutes.
