Hallo,
ich bin Solana und suche jemanden, der mein Zimmer in unserer WG übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist 14.5 m² gross und ab dem 1. Juni verfügbar. Der Mietvertrag ist unbefristet.

Voraussetzungen:

• Zwischen 18 und 27 Jahren
• Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt
• Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt

Zur WG:
Du würdest mit Leo zusammenwohnen, einem Studenten, der Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch spricht. Wir suchen eine Person, die ruhig, ordentlich und unkompliziert ist und Lust auf ein respektvolles und entspanntes Zusammenleben hat.
Der Bahnhof Bonstetten ist nur 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 15–20 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Von dort erreicht man den Zürich HB in ca. 22 Minuten. Es gibt auch eine direkte Busverbindung nach Zürich Enge, die etwa 20 Minuten dauert.

Bonstetten train station is just 5 minutes by bus or a 15–20 minute walk from the flat. From there, it takes about 22 minutes to Zürich HB. There is also a direct bus connection to Zürich Enge, which takes around 20 minutes.
