Lovely room with a private balcony to sublet in Zurich immediately (from the 12th of May). The rental is temporary for several months until a date that can be discussed and agreed upon. Everything is included in the price, including the furnitures. There are many storage in the appartement: wardrobe closets, drawers, etc.
The apartment is shared with two other nice flatmates, one travels a for because of his work and the other one is in the apartment twice a week depending on his days off, the rest of the week he's at work in a restaurant and comes home late. A cleaning lady comes when necessary to clean the appartement.
The apartment has a lovely shared balcony with a barbecue you can use with friends. Everything is nearby in reasonable walking distance like grocery stores (Migros, Coop, Aldi, Denner), pharmacy, post etc. The nearest tram station is 2-3 minutes from the house and you can take there tram 7 and be at Paradeplatz for 10 minutes. The nearest train station is Wollishofen and it is 7 minutes from the house. The lake is nearby less than 5 minutes.
